This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your usage of the SelfScout platform. By accepting this Agreement you agree to all terms set forth in their entirety. SelfScout has the right to modify this agreement and the modification shall become effective immediately the moment modifications are posted on the SelfScout website (www.selfscout.com).

In order to use the SelfScout platform without parental/guardian permission, players must be at least 13 years old on the date of registration. Any player younger than age 13 interested in using SelfScout services may do so only with parent/guardian assistance. Parents/guardians of players under 13 years of age at the time of registration must express their consent by filling in their complete contact information on the SelfScout registration page.
All of the information posted by users is current and valid as of the day of its posting. SelfScout has the right to remove any this information without prior notice.
Most SelfScout services are offered to registered users at no charge. However, SelfScout premium services for players are not free. Current prices for these premium services are published but they may change from time to time, without prior notice.
SelfScout offers clubs and managers a platform that allows them to contact any SelfScout registered player. At their request, SelfScout will assist clubs and managers by inviting players for tests and/or negotiating the transfer or loan of players. In the event any player is transferred to a club as a result of contact initiated through the SelfScout platform, clubs/managers agree to pay a fee equal to 5% of the gross total price paid for the transfer/loan transaction. This fee must be paid within 30 days of the effective date of the transfer/loan.
Users own the rights and are responsible for all content uploaded to the SelfScout website. SelfScout does not claim any rights to the content uploaded by its users. SelfScout reserves the right to remove the content uploaded by users in the event SelfScout feels such content violates any applicable laws.
Users are fully responsible for their private interactions using the SelfScout platform facilities. SelfScout is not responsible for any fraud or untruthful information passed by its users.
Users agree to indemnify SelfScout for any legal suits arising from improper use of the SelfScout platform.
